Installation Made Easy: Choose Your Fit

• Bolt Down: Have a prepped surface? Go for this straightforward option. Just ensure it’s ready for secure hold, but do look below under “Product Documents” and consult the Operation and Maintenance Manual PDF for specific Bolt Down installation steps.

• Concrete-in (Root-Fix) Casting: No ready surface? Our Concrete-in (Root-Fix) solution anchors your barrier with cast concrete for a rock-solid foundation. This method requires additional steps, including a unique spigot-type fixing for the adaptable base plates. Steps (for both methods):

• Position your foundation: Place the pedestal and catch-post where you want them. Ensure both plinths are level. Secure bolts for Bolt Down installation.

If using Concrete-in (Root-Fix):

• Cast your foundation:

• Use C40 concrete mix for optimal strength.
• The foundation for the Main Barrier should have a length of 500mm, a width of 500mm, and a depth of 600mm.

• The End Rest foundation should have a length of 350mm, a width of 350mm, and a depth of 350mm.

• Check your base:

• Ensure the concrete plinth meets the dimensions mentioned earlier.

• Verify that the spigot-type fixings are aligned correctly with the adaptable base plates.
